You need windows or Mac OS installed PC/Laptop.
You need Internet Connection.
No need for BlueStacks.
Steps to Install Line Messenger on PC or Laptops
Step 1: open your Internet browser.
Step 2: Visit this link.
Step 3: That page looks similar like below.
Step 4: If you using Windows XP/7 then click first download button on PC section. Else If you using Windows 8/8.1 then click second download button. Else if using Mac OS then click third download button.
Step 5: After download, install it.
Note: You need any Android or Windows phone to Sign Up on Line. Because this install software only Log In facility only. So, Use your friends mobile or using bluestacks for Sign Up Line.
